Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our web site, you may return unused items for exchange, in-store credit or refund.

• Please contact our store within 14 days of purchase by email, fax, or phone to obtain a return authorization.
• We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
• Returns must be shipped in its original packaging and well protected.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-authorized returns and for returns where a refund is requested.
• For sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns of lipsticks, lip and eye pencils, combs, hair brushes, or cosmetic brushes.
